Terms of Service

1. What ArbMonster is
ArbMonster (“the Service”) is a market-data analytics service provided strictly for research and educational purposes. It displays observed pricing from publicly accessible venues, including prediction markets and sportsbooks, and derived calculations such as price differences net of estimated fees. The Service is informational only. It is not a broker, exchange, sportsbook, financial advisor, or gambling operator; it does not place trades, hold funds, execute transactions, or access your accounts on any venue; and it does not endorse, recommend, or encourage the use of any venue, product, strategy, or activity. References to third-party venues are nominative only.
2. No advice; no guarantees of outcome
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, betting, or wagering advice, or a recommendation to enter any transaction. Displayed figures (including “net edge”, “potential profit”, and “opportunity capacity”) are point-in-time calculations from observed data. Prices move continuously; venues may reject, limit, delay, or partially fill orders; fees and rules may change without notice. We make no representation that any displayed opportunity can be executed, in whole or in part, or that any outcome, profit, or result will be achieved. Past observations are not indicative of future conditions.
3. Market equivalence is not guaranteed
The Service pairs markets across venues using automated review (including AI-assisted comparison of resolution criteria), shown with a confidence score, and deterministic matching. Markets on different venues can resolve differently in edge cases — including but not limited to postponements, cancellations, ties, overtime, rounding conventions, resolution sources, and timing cutoffs. It is solely your responsibility to read and verify both markets' official resolution rules before acting. We accept no liability for resolution differences between venues or for losses arising from acting on any pairing.
4. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the venues referenced by the Service (21+ in most US states) and at least 18 to use the Service. Venue availability varies by jurisdiction and is your responsibility to verify. You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and with each venue's own terms. You will not scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data; probe, overload, or circumvent access controls or plan restrictions; or use the Service to build a competing dataset.
5. Subscriptions, billing, refunds
Paid plans are billed through Shopify as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the link in your order confirmation; access continues to the end of the paid period. We offer a 7-day money-back window from first purchase: request a refund within 7 days and we will honor it without friction. Founding pricing is retained only while a subscription remains continuously active. We may change prices for new or renewing terms with notice.
6. Availability and data accuracy
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; sources differ in refresh cadence (some venues stream live, others refresh periodically as indicated in the interface); outages happen. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost capital, trading or wagering losses, or lost data, even if advised of the possibility; and (b) our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
8. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless ArbMonster and its operator from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your transactions on any venue, or your breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and compiled datasets, is our property or licensed to us. Venue names and trademarks belong to their owners; their use here is nominative and implies no affiliation or endorsement.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse of the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time; subscription cancellation is described in Section 5.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted, you waive any right to class or representative proceedings; claims may be brought only on an individual basis and within one (1) year of arising.
