What we collect

Purchases: billing is handled by Shopify; we receive your email and order details (never your card number). Access unlock: when you unlock paid access we verify your email against purchase records and store a signed access token in your browser. Preferences: settings like your stake and age confirmation are stored in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers. Server logs: standard technical logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security and rate limiting, retained briefly.

What we do not collect

No passwords (unlock is by purchase email). No venue account credentials — never, for any reason. No card details. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

How we use information

To provide and secure the Service, verify subscriptions, prevent abuse, and send service messages (e.g., alerts you enable). We do not sell or rent personal information.

Processors

Shopify (billing and order records), Amazon Web Services (hosting), and — for subscribers who enable alerts — your chosen delivery channel (e.g., Discord, email). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

Order records follow Shopify's retention; access tokens expire automatically within 30 days; you can clear browser-stored preferences at any time. To request deletion of data we hold about you, contact us via your order receipt and we will action it within 30 days, subject to legal retention duties.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including US state privacy laws and, where applicable, other national frameworks), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
